Privacy notice

What this website does with personal data.

This notice covers vadoris.eu and the email you send us. The short version: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, has no forms, and loads nothing from other websites. The only personal data involved is any email you choose to send.

Who is responsible

Vadoris is a product being built by Radu Vulcan. No company has been formed yet, so the controller of the personal data described here is Radu Vulcan personally. You can reach him at hello@vadoris.eu.

What the site does not do

No cookies and nothing stored in your browser. No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and no embedded content from other websites: the fonts, images and styles are all served from this site. There are no forms, accounts or newsletters.

Visiting the site

The server that delivers these pages keeps no log of visits: it does not record your IP address, the pages you read or the browser you use. Your IP address reaches the server only so that it can send you the page, as with any website, and is not stored.

If you email us

If you write to hello@vadoris.eu, your message, your email address and anything you include reach Radu Vulcan’s mailbox. They are used only to answer you and, if you ask for one, to arrange a demo. The legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or otherwise a legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f)).

Messages are kept while the conversation is useful and for at most two years after the last message, then deleted, unless they become part of a contract. Mail to this address passes through ImprovMX, an email forwarding service, to a mailbox run by an email provider; both process messages on our behalf. Where either handles data outside the European Union, it does so under safeguards the GDPR allows, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@vadoris.eu; you will get an answer within one month. Nothing here involves automated decisions about you.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Romania that is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro), or the authority where you live or work.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this notice changes first. Last updated 20 October 2026.
