For the company that owns its building

One building, one owner, one set of rules.

You own the building and your own people park in it. Nobody negotiates a lease annex with you, so the car park is run the way it always has been: a list kept by someone in facilities, exceptions granted by memory, and an unwritten rule about whose car is never blocked in. When the chargers went in because they had to, the charger bays became the new argument.

What changes

Rules by group, with quotas. Engineering gets so many spaces a day, the night shift gets its own, visitors get the row by the entrance. When a booking is refused, the person is told which check refused it.

The boundary still holds. Each company location sees only its own people, vehicles and bookings, filtered by the database itself rather than on screen. Plates are masked by default and shown only to roles with the permission.

A record you can stand behind. Every administrative change lands in an append-only, chained audit log. Any selection of it exports as a signed package a reviewer can verify offline.

The company rations its own stalls between groups; every change lands in the chained record. Illustrative data.

Charger bays, governed like any other space

Only electric or hybrid vehicles can ask for a charger bay, and when Vadoris picks a stall it spends standard ones before charger bays. The charger operator bills the energy; Vadoris governs who may book the space and records who did.

Several buildings, one company

A company with offices in more than one building is managed as one group, with its own administrators across locations. Each legal entity remains its own data controller.

What stays yours

Your cameras and your integrator. Vadoris receives plate events from the camera system already at the gate (Metrici, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis or Plate Recognizer) and adds the rules and the record above it; each installation is validated on site.

Your HR system: the roster arrives through single sign-on and people sync, so the list is kept once, where it already lives.

“We already have a booking app for staff.”

Those apps allocate one company’s spaces among its own people, first come or by credit. They have no rule the owner wrote, no boundary between groups, and no record a director and a junior would both accept. Vadoris is the layer under the booking, not another booking app.

Show us how the car park runs today.

We will configure the demo around your groups, quotas and charger bays.
