Run the parking programme without the spreadsheet.
Your parking is a spreadsheet and a group chat. New joiners wait for a space; leavers keep theirs for a month; visitors are a phone call to reception. And whatever the building runs at the gate, its record of your people sits with the landlord.
What changes
Your own admin runs it. Allocations by group with booking quotas, one-time and standing bookings on the map, a waiting list that offers freed stalls automatically, and visitor permits with a QR pass reception can verify, all inside the stalls the building granted you.
The roster is your HR system’s. Single sign-on (OIDC or SAML) and people sync keep the list current; when someone leaves, their future bookings are cancelled.
A privacy wall from the landlord. Your people, vehicles and bookings are yours; the database itself filters what each company can read, and your employees’ clear plates are never shown to the landlord.
In Teams
A Vadoris Assistant for Microsoft Teams, installed as a custom app by your Teams administrator: employees see their bookings, check availability, book and cancel, and join or leave the waitlist in a private chat, in English.
What stays yours
Your HR system, your Teams tenant, and your own record of how the programme was run. Your employees’ privacy requests are recorded and answered in the product, and your company is the data controller for its own people.

For your own spaces among your own staff, yes. That app cannot work inside the stalls the building granted you, cannot see the building’s cameras, and cannot show the landlord a record it trusts. Vadoris runs inside the building, which is why it needs the building.
If your building is not on Vadoris yet
A tenant still needs its building to run it, so the way in is through whoever manages the building. Send them the page for landlords and property managers, or tell us who they are and we will brief them.
